After joining the Recruitment Product Team, we were faced with the challenge of making extracting, cleaning, visualising and manipulating Umuzi's massive recruitment data and extracting meaning insights for the recruitment department.

We managed to reduce recruitment labour time significantly. After that we built the recruitment portal to make recruitment application easier and manage the data effeciently.
